Prices
All prices include VAT.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information, received from our suppliers, we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price. We will only process any such order with your explicit authority.

Products
Product images, descriptions and specifications are shown for guidance only. We will endeavour to match any mixed colour paint 100% accurately. If this is not possible, we will notify you before any mixing takes place to gain your approval. Any colours found not to match the desired colour (when dry), we would require a dried swatch of the paint mixed from us and a dry swatch of the colour that you wish to match, along with details of your preparation and application process sent to us for our investigation. Colours may vary due to the base coat, primer or surface that you are covering; it is advisable to seek advice from us by visiting www.truevaluepaint.com or via our “Contact Us” page for ways on reducing colour variation before beginning any painting project.

Delivery
Prices quoted are subject to stock availability. If the product that you have selected is not available at the time of placing your order, and it is necessary for us to order directly from the Manufacturer, you will be contacted within 48 hrs. We will ensure that you are kept fully informed of the progress of your order with regular updates. It is your responsibility to check your goods upon delivery for shortages or damage and to make a note of such on the carriers consignment note when you sign for the goods and report it to us on 01223 570555 within 48 hours of arrival.
